1998 Mercury 125 offshore fuel supply issue and will not go over 2k RPM's.
First of all ty for reading this! I'm Sorry if this is not the right place for this but I am looking for some assistance. I know my boats not a bass boat, but maybe someone here has some ideals that might help me resolve my issue. I'm sorry but this will be a long one. So here goes.....
I have a 1999 SeaPro V2100 bay boat. The 1998 Mercury 125 offshore 2 stroke I have on it is having a fuel supply issue. I had run her 3 times in feb and march and was ok till i was coming back in from a trip in Marhc and she would not do the magical just from 2 cyl to 4 at the 2k rpm's. I looked it over and found that the accelerator pump was leaking bad! So I rebuilt it with a new gasket kit and it was not leaking any more. I also replaced the internal fuel filter, and all 4 spark plugs and decided since i was in it to rebuild the fuel pump. i took it out still the same issue... looked it back of back at home and found that the ENRICHNER VALVE was also leaking bad also so no fuel to the top two cyl. I purchased a new one and replace it and checked the boat out at home with the water ear muffs and no leaks now. Took the boat out this morning and it was runnig again with all 4 cyl, even at WOT, but every so often you could hear it miss out. I had also added a fuel filter on my 6 gal tank I run off and could see it was leaking air so I removed it and plugged it into the main quick disconnect plug on the motor and it was running great , but then it went right back to the same issue of only being able to get it going on the 2 cyl It will run at an idle, and will speed up a little, but will not hit that magical 2k rpm's so I can then get on plane. I know the pump runs off aa vaccum.. at least that is watw I was told. IS there anything one of you awesome guru's can suggest to look for. It seems like it has to be something simple as it was almost working perfectly this morning and then stopped. FYI I have new fresh Ethanol free gas.. its all I ver use. The link below is of the fuel line diagram.

You might want to make sure you have fuel going TO the accelerator pump (first). Pretty easy for that small line/filter to plug up.
Once you're sure of that, using a FLAT-BLADE screwdriver (engine at IDLE speed), try depressing the accel pump plunger. Engine RPM's should pick up instantly.
It can take a number of actuations (sometimes 10+ full strokes) to push the air through the check valves on Cylinder's 3-4 so that it works correctly.
If you have fuel at the accel pump, but you do NOT hear 3-4 kicking in when you manually actuate the plunger, it's likely the accel pump is not working correctly.
