shout out to Pro Guide Batteries
Without going in to boring details.. I just wanted to give a shout out to Pro Guide batteries. Their customer support is absolutely top notch, and they 100% stand behind their products. The only other company I've ever dealt with that's on the same level is PowerPole.
Customer service is a big part of my purchasing decisions. If anyone is thinking of buying new lithiums, you should really be checking out ProGuide. I'm not bashing any other brands - but many of the other battery brands probably aren't even going to sniff the level of service ProGuide provides. Lithiums usually have long warranties. You want a brand you know is actually going to be in business for the length of that warranty.

My NextGen 36v/40A seems to be an orphan now, as my last two questions to them on FB and e mail have gone unanswered. I've had it 3 years. It was the only series 31 I could find when I needed one in May 2022. It still works, but I'm on my own with it from here on out.
