    Why Would Anyone Do This?

The Isle of Mann has been held for over a hundred years. More than 250 people have died in the event including spectators. Why would anyone want to go over 200 mph on a British back road?

Mine too. I would love to ride the course at a much slower speed.

Heard about that race years ago... separates the men from the boys
No doubt it's a race you have to be committed to be in

That race is so dangerous you can get killed just watching it. 2 Wheel racers are a different breed. No roll bar, no seat belt just a helmet so you have something to work on in the funeral home.

Adrenaline - that's gotta be a rush!!!! It's amazing to hear them wringing the very last RPMs they can get out of those bikes!

A good friend of mine from the UK used to race in some of the Isle of Mann smaller races. He said it is unbelievable how fast the superbikes go there.
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

Fastest I've ever been on a bike is 140, can't imagine 200. Great skills and big balls. More power to them.

What a race! A friends brother-in-law is a professional racer and lives in the region. He's done it several times. Absolutely incredible.

Is that small spot with someone already on it really worth finding out the hard way they don't like company? Keep it a mystery and go somewhere else.

    This doesn't look good

    https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Yz4EEeJDG2M

Almost looks like he target fixated on what was in front of him and not where he wanted to go.

Luckily this rider hit the air fence and not the stone wall. The air fence is what launched him that high.
