Z21 electrical panel issues

2019 Z21 all pumps (fill/recirc/pump out) and bilge quit working, fan, lights and horn still work, replaced the switch panel and that didn't fix it. Checked all my fuses and all are good. I noticed when I replaced the switch panel my anchor light will blink every 10 seconds or so on the switch panel. Didn't know if that had any meaning or not or if anyone had any knowledge of what to check next.

Sounds like you lost the ground somewhere. Get a voltmeter, start at the battery checking voltage, then at the fuse panel, then switches, etc. Don't know what you mean by "replacing switch panel" but you may have disconnected one of the ground wires.
