    Shaft length

    Hey guys I am sure the answer to my question is here somewhere but I can't find it. I crashed my lower unit on my Honda BF90A last night at High Rock while catfishing. I took it off this morning and will be ordering a used one. With it off I measured from the top of the water pump housing to the top of the shaft and it checks 20 1/4". From the base of water pump housing to top of shaft checks 22 1/2". Will this be considered a 20" OR 25"??? I see they come in both sizes...
