    Vexus VXS 21 Draft

What is the draft on a Vexus VXS 21? Also how high do the seats sit off the floor?

Don’t have a VXS, mines a VX, draft is 17”-18”. Verified by measuring from the bottom of the hull up to the waterline is on the transom.

Right on par with most bass boats.

I am not near my boat so I can’t give you a number on the seat height but it sits nicely. Not to low and not to high. On par with my old Ranger Z521. The Basscat and Cobra we previously had you sat considerably lower to the floor.

IMG_0108.jpegMy seats are almost 14” above the floor. The distance that they lower is determined by how much air pressure you put in the seat pedestal. My drivers seat only drops about an inch when I sit down as I have it set to my liking and my 265lbs. I thought these seats were just a gimmick until I rode in them, they are definitely comfortable

I can get my VXs21 in very shallow water. I can get shallower than my friend's triton TR20. I can go so shallow I need my trolling motor prop almost out of the water. I fish Okeechobee and have a lot of very shallow shin deep water to explore.
