    Pairing two echomap uhd units

I've replaced two Lowrance 9 ti2 units with two echomap 93sv uhd units. Originally I had a powered nmea 2000 connection so when I made a waypoint it showed up on both screens. With the Garmin's I can't seem to make a connection to do the same thing with the nmea 2000. Do I need to ditch the nmea 2000 and network it with the panoptix ethernet ports using a network cable? Before I buy the cable I want to make sure it's not capable of linking with bluetooth or wireless somehow. Thanks!

That’s the cable you need unless they are UHD2 units.

These are the cables that are compatible with the UHD units.

Not sure if there is a difference between what you posted or me but they do have different part numbers.

Yes, this is exactly what I need thank you! The link I posted is for different devices, so I'll edit that so someone doesn't read this and get the wrong network cable. Before I buy it can you please confirm that I cannot make this connection wirelessly? I could with my lowrance, and that's why I stopped using the NEMA connection. I just can't find a setting to connect them. I'm guessing where they are standard UHD(not UHD 2) units it's not an option. I tried with active captain, but I think I can only use that for updates.

I put in a $10 powered network switch for three UHD units and a GLS10.

The regular UHD units do not connect wirelessly......ONLY the UHD2's can. So yes, you will need the network cable.

And if you have Livescope, or plan on getting it, this will not work. You would need to add a GMS10 box in that case.
