Issues: PP One Pump connection to Lowrance HDS Pro

I am having issues connecting my power poles to my units. I’ve tried Bluetooth and I also tried the power pole gateway to NMEA. I can not get them to show up on my units.

Bluetooth never connects, I tried letting it connect for over an hour.

All units are up to date, power poles are up to date, and still having issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the ONE pump system isn't compatible with Lowrance as of right now. The Bluetooth id was changed in order to use the new Power-Pole app instead of older C-Monster app and isn't recognizable by Lowrance. This will require an update by Lowrance, both companies have been working together to resolve this issue.
