    E50TSLECC airbox gasket?

    I am wondering what the effect of a leaky air box gasket might be on this motor. My gasket is questionable at best, and the motor won’t stay running at idle. I had the air box cover off before it started running poorly at idle, so that is what triggered this line of thought. The gasket was shaky at best when I reinstalled the cover.

    The gasket will not effect runnability even at idle.

    There are many engines running with poor to no gaskets. The gasket primarily leakage of oil and gas
