Sitting here watching the BASS Live feed on the TV, and watching Chris Zaldain's live feed on the computer. I'm struck by the difference in what the top 10 are doing, and what Chris is doing that is not producing. He has his trolling motor maxed out and is rolling down the bank straining water with a buzz bait, while the leaders are Power Poled down with the Poles not even completely submerged. What I find striking is, he's been fishing fast all morning, trying to catch them the way HE wants to catch them, instead of the way they will cooperate. Occasionally, he'll slow down with a wacky Senko, but ultimately goes back to high speed techniques that may have worked in practice, but he's not recognizing that those types of lures and techiques have gone away, and the result at this time is zero fish in the well. Thoughts?
