Ordering from Outdoor America
Last night I placed an order with Outdoor America for some Crappie plastics. Once the order went through, I noticed that the color was not what I wanted. I sent an email saying so and asking if they could switch to what I wanted? Today I got an email saying that they couldn't change it. But I could cancel the order. So, I asked to do that. It also said that I would need to re-order the correct color. So that was done also. The order confirmation came up, and once again, not the right color. This time I called and of course you can't talk to anyone! It seems like the system wants to sell you what it wants to.

That stinks! I hope you find somewhere else to get the color you want from.
