Hey all, my buddy and I are headed to Jordan this coming week. We fished there about two years ago and got whipped, so looking to get some revenge. Anyone have any thoughts on how to start? Not asking for anyone’s honey hole, just generalities. Also is there a place close to the lake for lunch? We will probably be putting in at that ramp by the bridge. Thanks!
I would say fish like the fish are bedding. If you are not catching anything fishing very slow speed up and cover more water. Considerate on wood at Jordan (or large rocks too). You can find fish in a lot of places but if you are not catching anything drive a few miles somewhere else and try that part of the lake. If there are two fishing one throw a moving bait and one throw plastics kind of slowly if possible.
Not sure about the lunch spot.
Discipline is the key, if you can't hack it, pack it!
The closest thing I am aware of is the Hardee’s at the Wilsonville intersection. Nothing on the lake unless the marina has something. Good luck!
