Boat goes through ice on Lake St. Clair. There were over 200 vehicles on the ice of Lake St. Clair. Majority went out of Selfridge boat ramp. This one wasn't so fortunate at the Crocker Boat Ramp.

That ain’t good!
Never understood the attraction to ice fishing.
It's matter of that or going stir crazy in the house. I took one of my grandson's out this year on East Harbor of Lake Erie. He had a ball. I set up the underwater camera and he just watched the fish come in and tried to catch them. Here are a couple videos from it. You can learn a little about the fish behavior as well. This was in 4 to 5 feet of water under the ice.

I’d say 4 feet of water could be uncomfortable if you go through; 14 feet of water more than uncomfortable. And I like my truck.
every year
That area can be sketchy to walk on...There is current there.....At least no one was hurt.
