    Nice. Did you know they were crappie before catching them? Any tips on how to tell the difference?

    Yes I was pretty sure it was a crappie. Most of the crappie I target are sitting pretty still while bass and most other fish are moving. A catfish you can usually tell because the head and tail will almost be separated. I do get fooled at times but not often.
