Sounds exactly like our day. We only had 4 also. Tough day out there, but we still had a good time.

Re: Gaston on Sunday (Purple Haze)

My Federation partner won the Ryan's Home tournament Saturday with 5 for 21 lbs. Sight fishing. I had 5 that would have gone around 15 on Saturday and 5 more yesterday around 17. He had 5 yesterday around 18. I caught mine flipping a jig around docks and stumps. Bedding fish have been hard to see, but once you find one and back off they have been pretty easy to catch. I don't think he spent more than 10 minutes on any of the fish he caught.

    Re: Gaston on Sunday (FireBassr)

Last weekend was the famine for me! Our club tournament was won with 12.5 lbs. Ivan Morris had 8 and I had 7.8. Caught alot of small fish and couldn't find a bed fish anywhere. Ivan's wife had big fish at 5.5!

    Re: (Gastonbass)

Why dont these people advertise these tournaments? Makes no sense to have an open tournament and not post it to get some participation.
