Quick way to clean out carbs?

I have an Evinrude 130. Mod #E130TXAUM Ser# G04329410
My boat was sitting for a year and when i start it up i smoke alot and the carb cover has some gas in it. Can i pull the fuel line off and run something thru that, or is there another way?

I don't think there is a quick way of cleaning the carbs, but you can try adding Seafoam to your gas tank and see if that helps. If not, you'll have to take each carb apart , clean and add a carb kit. Another way is to spray carb cleaner directly into the intake of the carbs, but sometimes it does more harm then good......
