Might just be another rumor.....but, I was told the same thing by some people that live there. At my old age, I've learned to not believe rumors until I see the proof in the pudding.

You guys might need to look at the trailer houses down there that a gentleman named Tommy has for rent. Really nice and clean. Or, Amistad Lake Resort.

I will be down there a few times for tournaments before the rally. So, anyone needing to ask questions, feel free to holler at me. Been fishing down there for 36 years now.
