    wondered who would be the sharp ass tack that caught the odd number. You are quite the scholar my man.

    There are 36 fillets....but I will admit there are bags i have busted open in the past with odd #'s "if" I counted them

    Bear in mind that the fillet man could have been in an intoxicated state and knife slippage could have been a factor in some cases.
