Easy, it’s been said before they don’t have a format or production issue, it all stems from their PR. Fire whoever is on their PR staff, stop promoting arrogance, take accountability, show some humility and have some consistency for both rules enforcement and qualifications.

NO. I am not a fan of the format. The constant changes and the rule breaking. Their goal was to destroy BASS but that has done nothing but made it stronger. I'm sorry the BASSMASTER name will always be king of fishing!!!

When they left and started what I considered a BASS smear campaign by talking about how livewells were bad and then their attitude's such as the wolf and sheep crap and holier than though BS and now the rule changes and rule breaking etc......no way in hell they will ever win me over.
Already a bpt and every fish counts fan, just stop changing the rules every month and get rid of boyd in every way shape and form.
Wish they would go back to the going to a lake that morning with no pre fishing and see who wins at the end of the day.

Always trying different than the same old format.
I like it all, but change is good for me.
I watch it all - Bassmaster, MLF and NPFL when I am able. I'm a fan of them all. That said - I do wish BPT's would get their shit together with all the rule changing and format shifts. The circuit is literally just 5 years old. I'm sure BASS back in the day went through the same thing getting to what they are now. Nonetheless, the changing does get weary in todays fast pace choice rich environment. They need to stick to their guns and run with this. I think going back to the every fish counts format and being aggressive with the variable weight will be a winner for them. I do think they messed up ditching the original cup/select event shows. I'm giving the team deal a chance, but it's just not as entertaining as the old shows. really think they need to hire somebody and let them run this ship.. having Boyd at this point as the face and direction of the company seems risky at best. On a positive note, I still think their streaming coverage/production is a lot better than anyone else's. They just do that part better.. Not so much studio crap as BASS leans on and not so much advertiser driven distractions. More time live in the boat with anglers, less time with the talking head and highlights from the studio. MLF/BPT does this well.

I'm done with MLF. Their bashing of BASS showed that the organization and their anglers have no class.
I wonder if they had someone other than Duckett running it and being the spokesperson if it woukd help PR wise?
I think they are fmgoing to have to get a handle on anything that even remotely suggests impropriety, cheating or grey areas. Real ir imagined nip it in the bud. Maybe being a little more transparent in that regard also.
I also think they have to do what it takes to stay consistent. Choose your direction and don't change it up so much.
That's giving Boyd the easy way out of the mess he created.
