    Exciting Big Ticket Black Friday item!!! Arrived wrong.........

    Biggest boat electronic purchase ever. Tracking received. Vacation days approved to do install. Phone ping notification to front porch delivery. Finish afternoon at work and drive home like a kid at Christmas. Box open and.................well............it's the wrong unit. Man that is depressing. So much for supporting the little guybusiness. It will get shipped back and wait on the correct one. Was all ready for mock up on the kitchen table in the morning New Lithium battery and Livescope Plus just sitting here looking at me.
    Weekend is gonna kinda suck.

    Can you install everything except the mount and screen? Everything else shouldn't really be an issue. Mount the new battery, Livescope box, transducer, and have the area the screen is going prepped for quick install. I get you'll likely have to really dial in the screen mounts before drilling holes but that can be done quickly on the front deck.
    2023 Xpress H18 with 115 SHO that's optioned to fit my wants and pulled by a little Ram.

    I might be able to top that. Although no vacation time required here. Ordered the new Humminbird network switch. Company sent me a shaft mount for the Mega Live.

    I know the feeling. I ordered new Garmins from bass pro on Monday. They have yet to ship. I took off work yesterday to either go fishing if I got them by Wednesday or to do the install. But at least the transducer mount for the trolling motor finally shipped!!

    Yep, same here with some big ticket items from a medium-large size retailer recently. It is frustrating for sure.

    Yeah it sucks but it's not like the bigger retailers don't screw up orders.....

    Hopefully the "little guy business" was completely overwhelmed from their BF orders and as a result a few mistakes were made but they will be quickly corrected.
