Well today went to crap quick. Wife and I rescued 2 people and 1 sunk boat. Trying to cross Fayette today. They was in a 14' john boat riding 3' plus chop.

Atleast da wife and caught some nice fish in the two hours. Caught 10 fish she was happy.

So you saved a couple of dumbasses? Have seen folks in kayaks out in the same conditions, with fog added in.

No Troy I threw them an achor. Get this after I towed them in they said if they could get there fine rig running again they was going back out. I made sure I went in the other direction then before. Wasn't gonna waste another hour or 2 again.

Was out there years back and watched three drunks in a small Tracker aluminum boat standing up on the bow of their boat soaking in the suds as it was battling at least 3 ft rollers on Fayette, not a one had on a PFD. Told my friend that I hoped they could swim as we weren't going to risk our lives if anything should happend to them.
