    What trolling motor plug for 36 volt ultrex ?

    I’m wanting to add a plug for my ultrex just in case I need to remove it. What is recommended for the bigger motors?

    X2 best out there Battery Tender IMHO. I had It on my last boat and I loved it. My current one has a Minn Kota 1865128 MKR-26 that came with my current boat a very good plug. I really like the screw in design of both. The Battery Tender is silver plated copper connection rated to 80amps on 6ga. The Minn Kota is rated 60 amp.

    Battery Tender. I sucked it up when I got my new TM and was very impressed. I spent my career working with military connectors, and this thing is close.

    I went with the mkr-28 plug that Minnkota offers. I needed the right angle style to fit under the trolling motor when stowed.
