Setting Lowrance Ghost stow position with Garmin units ?

On my last boat; I ran all lowrance HDS lives.
So setting up the stow position(prop in or out) was easy.

My boat has all Garmin 126’s with a ghost.
Anyone know how to set the ghost stow position .
I want the prop in all the time.

On MY Ghost, if I turn the arrow slightly port from center, it will stow towards the port side. Also, if I turn the arrow slightly starboard, it will stow to the starboard side. Was out the other day and checked it out because of another post like this.

That would be the normal procedure to stow all TM’s.

    not the auto store function.

I have since learned that I need a lowrance head unit connected to the NMEA cable of the ghost to do this .

@BassHopper can say for sure, but I believe you would need a Lowrance MFD connect to set the auto stow position on the Ghost.

Never heard about the arrow trick mentioned above, but sound interesting if it sticks.
