    Ninja grass blade 2.0 for Ghost

    I see there is a version for the Lowrance Ghost now. After reading several reviews I am on the fence in purchasing one. Any feedback from Ghost users would be appreciated! Thank you!

    I know when I was a Michigan a couple weeks ago the grass would just hang on the motor so bad I had to keep pulling it out of the water and cleaning grass off— it was terrible compared to my old minn kota

    I guess I might just have to do that! LOL! Was thinking the same as you. On my old Minn Kota Maxxum, I never had a problem going through grass.

    I bought one for my ultrex because I was always getting wrapped up in weeds on the delta. Best small investment I ever made with my trolling motor. I never have a problem anymore and you can see the cut salad trail behind the boat.

    Exactly! The Delta and Clear Lake is where I will need it primarily! Any problems with the mounting tape that holds it on??

    I have two on my Ultrex. No problem with the Scotch two sided tape as it held them on for years. I just sold my boat, pulled them off, and re-installed them on my new boat with that tape. NGB should work as well on a Ghost

    Thank you catdude! I was thinking of getting 2 myself. I read where the proper prep, prior to installing them is key?

    You should call and double check which one you need for a ghost. I think the v.1.0 works on the ghost.

    PrecisionSonar can drop in and explain it best, but IIRC there was the original NGB, then they came out with version 2, but folks found the original worked better on the Ghost when it came out due to the angle on the motor head. PS then came out with a specific version for the Ghost which is a variant of the original.

    TLDR, you want the Ghost Version. Unless you change out to an aftermarket prop like the the Aquatech. Then you have to get creative :). Personally I am running the Aquatech Grass Chopper prop and haven't had a need for the NGB...yet :).

    No issues. I made sure to clean the area really well with alcohol and made sure the place it precisely where it would cut the vegetation and not get knocked off. Check some youtube videos.
