Question NOCO GENPRO10X3 one bank down with Ionic 50ah batteries

Boat has been sitting for two months as my big motor was being rebuilt
I have 3 50ah Ionics for the trolling motor and this charger connected to them
Charger and batteries installed spring 2022 and haven’t had a single issue till now

they were at 100% when I stopped fishing and checked them again a few weeks ago and still 100%
Drove the boat to Missouri to have the motor put on the boat got back and went fishing today not even thinking to check the batteries
Come home and pull up the app on my phone and 2 batteries are at 77% and one is at 17%

I plug the charger in and the battery at 17% is not charging but the other two are
So I swap charger leads and the low battery starts charging but the battery I connected the questionable bank too is not charging so clearly the bank as an issue
So I replace both fuses on the leads and still no good

Now it shows the correct level of charge for whatever battery is connected to it but not charging it

Now all connections have rubber caps covering them so no way to short out the battery and Ionic battery shows no errors or problems in the history of this battery

    Any ideas?

Sounds like the charger has a dead bank. Leave it swapped and see if the low battery charges back up. Then you will know 4 sure. Cj

    Yep did a test

I got all three charged to 100% last nigh and went out today and was on the TM most of the day

and all three batteries are at the same level 67% and that's with the suspect bank connected to a battery just to see if it drained that battery more and it didn't

I must not have noticed that one battery wasn't charging until yesterday

I see you have to submit a claim with NOCO

anyone have experience with that process?

were you happy with the outcome?
