    Leftover brisket

Thought about this and made it last week. Brisket Pasta Salad
Had just a small piece of a brisket point left. Sliced it very thin with the meat slicer and added it to the pasta salad instead of pepperoni. Also added about 3 Tbls of Rufus Teague Spicy Steak Sauce to the Zesty Italian salad dressing along with some chopped up pickled jalapenos. It was very good and mixed well with the pizza and wings the next day

Someone asked my wife if she had any left over wine. She just stared at them in Disbelief. No such thing. But that does sound good.

Sounds good! On the rare occasion I have leftover brisket, my wife likes to dice it up and put it in a pot of chili. Fantastic!

Had some dish the other day not sure what it was called but it was good. It had Brisket, Rice, Beans and some Veggies, not sure what else. I know one was steamed broccoli.

Chili, stew, beans, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, omelets. I could go on like Bubba Blue.

Chili around these parts. Yes, when I cook a brisket for just myself there are leftovers.

We have used the leftover for camp stew (makes some dang good stew), but more often we will seal it up in 1# vacuum seal bags and freeze it. Makes a quick easy meal for the two of us and still has that great flavor.

No pics? Your food always looks so good. I’m pretty good with smoking pork and chicken but my brisket sucks.

Sometimes I do a smoked brisket mac and cheese. Pretty good stuff!
