    Motor bouncing

Anyone else have this issue while trailering? Last year it happened and the repair shop replaced a grease zerk and something else and it quit. Yesterday it happened again. I can lift the motor about 4" so it doesn't stay on the motormate. Left a new gouge in my lower unit case. Just cosmetic, but still doesn't make me very happy.

Sounds like your trim unit is bad or a bushing or connection there. I have not seen this personally. Did you look at all the connections?

The motor should be restrained from bouncing IMO.

Trim/tilt works flawless with no jumping or jerking as if bad. Connections all look good from what I can tell, while lifting it. Taking it in on Tuesday, was just wondering if there had been anyone with a similar issue.
