Here's something I've never run into and need some advice on...

Right now, all of my electronics are hooked up to my cranking battery. Everything Lowrance wise is connected to a Sea Clear harness, with one exception - the yellow power-on wire for my AT 2. That wire is connected to a factory accessory switch on my Triton dash. That power is also coming from the cranking battery, as it is connected to the fuse box.

Future setup - My Lithium battery is finally on order. Paid for a 165 ah Monster Marine yesterday (super nice, helpful people). Should be shipped this week, so I'm prepping, and just realized this:

I'll just be moving my Sea Clear harness from the cranking battery to the new Lithium. Simple - Right? Well... how about that one yellow turn on wire that is still connected to the cranking battery? The cranking battery is an AGM. So I'll have the AT2 power coming from the Lithium, but the "wake up" coming from the AGM.

Is this going to cause problems, in your opinion?

All the best,
Glenn
