    Another garmin customer service story

    Been running a force now for years... both my old boat and new boat. Love the unit for its power, lack of noise and ease of use with my graphs. I've had a foot pedal go out before on my last force and garmin got me a new pedal overnight. Weirdly enough my new force (year old) started to make a slight squeak noise while under throttle between 50%-80%... I sent a video to garmin and in 2 days I had a new motor at my door. While some people want products that magically never break, I'll happily take a company that stands behind their customers and products! Thanks again garmin!

    Yeah, things happen; can't be too upset when customer service sends new products under warranty with zero fight extremely quickly.
