HDS Pro and AI 3n1 HD lagging?

Just had a 12 Pro and the 3n1 HD transducer installed. Several times throughout the day the sidescan and downscan (I split them on the same screen) would stop scrolling or move very slowly. It was almost like the unit was having trouble reding or processing the image. After a bit it would go back to scrolling properly. Sometimes I could get it to continue by putting the unit in "standby" then waking it up. Anybody else seeing this?

13.2-12.6 depending on the the time of day and how long it's been running. I have that displayed on the screen already. It's only been on the water 3 times and has done it every time

Yep I’ve been dealing with the AT2 issues also. . This was the first I’ve heard of the Pro and HD transducer having a problem. Pretty frustrating when you replace 4 new graphs on your boat and deal with problems

Do you have a separate 2d transducer connected to the Pro? If so, make sure you have it selected correctly under source.

Insure you have the 2d selected as the source for channel 1.
