Had a good time last year
I've never fished it before, probably won't this time either. It comes just a few day before Martha's vacation and our trip to Branson, Mo for reunion with my old Vietnam Vets.

Skip i would take that experience over any day on the lake. Can never forget the people who we depended on in the trying times of good old war. Wish i could make it again I had a blast at the last one. Hey mike tell everyone about your take off goof you had at the last one haha. I was watching thinking to myself is he for real!!
Abt the reason not to get a hydrualic jackplate.....? That one....? Went to go lime a bat outta hell in this gorgeous Champion 210 Elite and the jackplate got stuck in the up position for alil while. Kinda glad it didn't come down like it was suppose to because some jackarse in a frickin triton cut right in front of me so had I made it on plane it woulda been bad news.....damn jackarse. But other then that had a good time besides my partner knocking a few fish off my spinnerbait with the net but oh well all in fun.....

I fished it last year, and had a blast. Will probably do it again this year. I would recommend anyone that can, sign up and do it. No entry fee, just take a Soldier fishing for a day!!

I don't think I can fish it this year just coming off of Back Surgery, but I am still supporting the event by Sponsorship with my weights.
Guys if you can fish it it really is a great event. Shoot two years ago they told me I had to take 2 Soldiers, I said no problem..Anyway long story short the girl I drew didn't reallt care for fishing she just wanted to lay on the back deck and sun bathe!
