    Hubbard Creek on Sunday,
    September 13th, 2009

    7:00AM to 3:00PM

    Headquarter at Mile Long Bridge Ramp

    Registration Sunday September 13th, 2009
    6:00AM to 6:50AM at the Ramp

    Entry Fee $40.00 ($30 Open & $10.00 Big Bass)
    1 in 7 entries paid at 90% payback
    Big Bass 100% payback - 2 places (60-40 split)

    Weigh-in 2:45PM to 3:00PM
    You must be in line at 3:00PM

    Jackpot Tournament Rules

    1. Each contestant must obtain a Registration Tag before fishing.
    2. Fishing will be allowed only on navigable waters of Hubbard Creek Reservoir, accessible by public boat ramp.
    3. Fishing hours are from 7:00AM to 3:00PM, Sunday September 13th, 2009.
    4. Weigh-in will open at 2:45PM. You must be in line by 3:00PM to weigh-in. No late arrivals will be permitted.
    5. Five fish stringer pursuant to the State Regulations for Hubbard Creek Reservoir.
    6. All fish must be caught on artificial lures by casting. No trolling or live bait.
    7. All ties will be settled by splitting the prize money for the two or more places tied.
    8. Contestants may fish out of a boat, tube or wade. Any 2 persons fishing from the same boat must be registered.
    9. Each person must personally catch his/her own fish. Assistance with a dip net is permitted.
    10. Fish must be culled prior to entry into the weigh-in line. No contestant may enter the weigh-in line with more than five fish. All fish must be brought to the scales in water.
    11. No iced, frozen, or pale gilled fish will be weighed.
    12. All state and local fishing and boating laws must be obeyed. A USCG approved PFD must be worn when combustion engine is running and boat is on plan.
    13. Winning contestants must be present at time of awards to receive prizes or prior arrangements must be approved by the judges.
    14. The Abilene Texins Bass Club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone of questionable nature.
    15. Contestants 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult or have written parental permission.
    16. Contestants must designate the fish they want for the Big Bass Pot when entering the weigh-in line.
    17. Contestants may be on the water, but may not fish before 7:00AM.
    18. Entry Fee is $30.00 90% payback (plus $10.00 for the Big Bass Pot (optional) 100% pay back in 60-40 split).
    19. The Official Time Clock will be located at Tournament Headquarters.
    20. Professional fishing guides (on public waters) and members of their immediate families are not eligible to compete in the tournament.
    21. Contestants may not fish within 50 yards of another contestant anchored and trolling motor stowed without their permission.
    22. All decisions made by the tournament directors are final.
    23. Any protest must be made in writing and signed by the protestor and be accompanied with TX number within 15 minutes after the weigh-in closes on the tournament day.

I am familiar with and understand the risk of personal injury or property damage associated with fishing and boating and expressly assume each risk in connection with my participation in the Abilene Texins Bass Club Open Tournament.”

Just don't know what to do about my Dove Hunters...Thinking hard on it though.
