    Long bonds

    I can't believe how yields on the long end are rising so quickly. We may see 8% mortgage rates soon.

    This crap totally delayed our plans on buying a house. Prices are still pretty high and holding up well. And the better houses are still selling in hours. I'm hoping next spring maybe summer we can start to see much better prices.
