I have been looking at Crown Castle for awhile but it has always been expensive. This is the cell tower REIT that competes with American Tower. It looks like it hit a 52 week low this week and the dividend is now 4%. I'm going to take a closer look at it tomorrow. Anyone else own it or know much about it?
I’ve had it on and off for the last five years. I’ve been buying since it’s bumping it’s 52 week lows and slowly building a position. It’s a solid company. I usually sell it when I’m up 10% so sometimes I don’t collect the dividend. Got to take profit where ya can.
