I need to know where I can download a manual. Also for now what is the gas/oil mixture.

Oil mixture is 50:1 using a TCW-3 rated outboard 2-stroke oil.
That's a pint of oil to 6 gallons fuel.

As the other poster said, Ken Cook is the place for literature.
