Guys, need a little help........
My son has a 1993 Evinrude, 175 Hp and is need of a new set of upper motor mounts for his O/B.
Trouble is they are not bring made anymore. His local marine guy has looked hi ad low and so far nothing.
Part # is : (old one) 435272. New part # is 436855.
Any help or direction you guys can come up with will be greatly appreciated.

But if he is running a 60* fast strike/ Intruder he can use the new style upper mounts, he will need quantity 2 of # 436853, 344277,340696,312455 and quantity one of 339263 and 340418 this is the new style mounts and retainer. He will have to pull the head if it isn't already off.
Just called the shop and the mechanic gave me this ....

The motor is being overhauled as we speak.
All the above information in my 1st post is correct.
Yep the new style will work. The quantity of 2 each is for the mounts, washers and bolts the quantity 1 each is for the retainer and bolt. If the mechanic has any torn up 60* V-6's at his shop he can just install the used ones if he has them. You are looking at about $250.00 for all new stuff.
