    Local Yamalube

I live in Georgetown near Austin, Any of you guy's have a good line on where to by Yamalube without giving up your first born son?
Today, I paid $29 for a gallon. This simply does not seem right. I need a suggestion. Yamaha states specificaly that if you do not run yamalube, you may void your warranty.

Find your nearest Yamaha service center and see if they keep it in bulk. Carry your own jug and that will knock a few $$s off of it. I run Bomb XD-50 and that's what I do.

Yep...I would break out the old phone book, and call all the local boat dealers. You should find Yamalube 2M for $20, or less when you supply the container. I have seen some guys buying it for around $16 per gallon.

It might be a little drive for you, but go to South Austin Marine. The gallon bottle's are $18 and some change which will some out to about $20 for the gallon. Or you can buy the 5 gallon bucket for $80. Pretty good deal on that right there.

I think there is a law stating that if the manufacture makes you run their brand of oil, they have to provide you with it. That still no reason to run the yamalube though, as I'm sure its been formulated for your motor.
