    racor filter

I just purchased a racor filter with clear bowl and putting it in a sunbird with built in tank. Should the primer bulb be before the filter or after and I may need to add more 3/8 fuel line should the new line be coast guard approved or will regular auto fuel line be ok to use?

    Re: racor filter (lesj)

The primer bulb can be on either side of the filter, but before the filter makes it easier to fill and prime. Make sure the bulb arrow is pointing UP when mounting it.

Use approved marine fuel line only, no car stuff.
