I haven't been on the lake in awhile but I usually put in at Edgar Evins state park and work the lower end of the lake. Lots of deep water with points, drop-offs, and ledges that the smallies like to hang out on. I would be fishing grubs, tubs, jigs, etc but would also have some cranks with me too.

Thanks a bunch, will let you know if I do any good. Not having a lot of luck here on Loudoun , so maybe some new water is what I need.
