    No more Potomac for me

Well it is official, I fished my last tournament on the Potomac (at least for a while). I pulled my boat to my in-law's house and the movers are coming today and tomorrow. At least I ended my run on the Potomac on a high note w/ a sweep of the back to back ABA events this weekend out of Smallwood. I was truly on a hot streak making it a 3peat w/ my win in the previous April event. I will certainly miss the river and the good friends I made as a result of fishing it.

For those looking for an enjoyable trail to fish w/ a reasonable entry fee, I encourage you to check out American Bass Anglers Division 11. Jerry runs a great trail and the other fisherman are as friendly as they come. Nonboaters are welcome and if you bring your boat your are guaranteed to use it. Jerry's website is http://www.potomac-aba.com/

    New Orleans, here we come.

Yes, you taught me everything I know. We had a great day together. I enjoyed our trips to the hot side too. Give me a heads up when your travels bring you to NOLA and I'll put in for leave so we can hit the Delta.

Congrats on the 3-peat Rich. Too bad we are swapping locations for the next 4 years, would have been good to fish the Potomac with ya....or the louisana delta.
