Help please….I have a 1996 201 pro XL with a ‘98 Johnson 225 venom, I am currently running a 26 pitch raker prop with 3.25” prop to pad. I can only reach 62 mph @ 5500 rpm. I think I am over proped or engine sitting to low. Thank you for any information.
not over propped and PTP is good point to be if accurate?. using gps? boat waterlogged? water pressure good? likely a worn out prop as they were not great when brand new. how does motor idle and run? how is holeshot? i have a fresh 26p raker just gone over by marks propellers if needed also?
