Went out first time the other day, water 50+ and just had a full moon. Are the bass spawning yet? I had no bights and all the rain put the lake up a few feet again.
Where to fish? what to use?

the next full moon some should move in and then with the different moon phases and water temp will be important actually some pond fish might have already, if the water is 62-65
Still way to cold on our lakes Abu. Lawtonka is still in the mid to low 50's. Im sure Tom Steed is probably the same.

If you're lookin' for spawners right now.....better try walleye or take a trip to Florida or California.![]()
Water is warm, but I have yet to see any beds. Heck I haven't even seen anything cruising and the water temps are in the 60's. We have been out 6 times in the last 9 days and none of the fish are showing any red on their tails or fins. A lot of small bucks are shallow and that means the spawn is just around the corner.

The fish are trying to spawn down this way S.E oklahoma (Hugo,PineCreek,BrokenBow) but i dont think they have figured out how to build beds in tree tops. All the lakes are about 12-26 feet above normal and muddy.![]()
