Never seen it in that shape.
The bite is happening in the evening.
My buddy didnt have a fish at 130 and ended up in 3rd place............caught all 5 between 2 and 3 15
At the scales the late flights were dominating.
I have 3 places I fish on that lake regular when I go and have done well in the past but couldnt fish this year cause it was to choked up.
You see any bass floatin alive lookin stunned Brad ?
They sprayed and from what I hear that kinda dopes em up.
    My bro had 3
    Its gettin smaller and smaller

Yes the lake is getting very thick with weeds.

No I did not see any stunned bass all weekend.

Yes it is. I remember when it would draw 400 boats. I do not miss it being that crowded though. 400 is waaaay to many boats for that lake!

Re: Hospice @ Indian lake weight predictions (Whitaker201)

I fish that tournament every year with a buddy of mine who has a place on the lake. For the last several weeks the only bite he could get was an evening bite. I have not seen it that bad in the 15 years I have been fishing down there. Two of my other buddies struggled as well but they managed to take 6th place and 3rd big bass. The only bite I had all day was a blow up on a rat but could not connect. I figured it would take between 10# and 15#s to win and I was suprised when it took just over 7#s to take it.

We blanked. I had one bite all day and bounced it off the windshield and back into the water. The main question is what would you have done differently now that you can sit back and think about it?

I would have thrown a rat a lot more than I did. Big fish or the tournament, 5.6# was taken on a rat.

Not sure what I would have different. We had 10 good bites the day before when practicing (didn't stick them) then fished the same areas during the Tx and had 3 bites in them areas. We lost one that may have been a squeeker and caught 2 keepers.
