    Question for Lithium Pros Owners

I’ve got Lithium Pros batteries in my boat and am in the midst of an “interesting” experience trying to get one of them serviced. I make no assumptions given that we are in the middle of a pandemic...but wondering if there are others out there who have needed to send a battery back to be worked on. If so, what has your experience been like?

I’ve not sent one back, yet. I have (2) of their M3110 12v 110AH and have not been happy with the performance of the batteries run time. I even purchased their recommended lithium charger for them, and just don’t see the on water run time as advertised.

Never heard of Lithium Pro's (or any Lithium manufacturer) needing "service" or worked on. Can you explain your situation ??

The batteries can be repaired. They could replace individual cell or repair or replace the BMS. Or just decide to send you another. Most lithium warranties say repair or replace. Bob

Have you called them? I have heard nothing but good things about them before now.

Yes Sir, I have been in contact with them. Not happy with the response and in process of research with Ionic’s.

What I do not understand is why Lithium Pro batteries are @ DOUBLE the price of others? I think they are riding on laurels of past pro bass fisherman buying when all lithium prices were outrageous.
