I have a Ranger boat certificate for 2011 Ranger 198vx, trailer, 3 batteries, standard electronics, max 80 MK, and 200 merc. According to my local Ranger dealer you can up grade this boat or use this certificated towards a different boat. This boat retails for over 40k. Iﾃつ知 asking 30k for the certificate.
