A not so happy anniversary

One year ago today I went fishing for the last time. Things just crazy in the fall, Had a FDA audit at work to get ready for and had a cow that was sick and I had to give medicine to three times a day. Then it got cold. Then in January I got laid off from work, after passing the audit with flying colors.
I was blessed though, that last trip was to a Lake Tillery where I grew up fishing and caught a 12, two 8’s, a 6, and a 4. I have relived that day a 1000 times since then.
I hope none of you have to quit fishing and please take time to realize just how blessed you are every time you get on the water.
Keep posting the fish pictures I love seeing them.

Get with me sometime and we'll meet at a lake somewhere between us and spend a day fishing. It'll take some time seeing as how my schedule is so full be I'm sure we can get together sometime. I need you to put me on some of those big fish.

If I fished to live.....I'd starve to death!

Just remember you have never fished for the last time. As far as losing a job downsizing is a part of changes that get to all of us when we least expect it. When one door closes GOD will open another one look for it . TILLERY is waiting for you.

Yup that sucks. I hate it for you. You call when you feel like shootin' the breeze. You know the number. The boat is here when you are ready, just say the word and it's already in the water ready to roll.

Hang tough.

Fished this afternoon with some of the stuff you turned me on to RB. Custom painted Brian's Bees Prop Bee & a True South Custom Lures Mafia Craw & Yamamoto fat baby craw jig.

Caught a solid limit up in the "you know where" and figured I'd post a couple of the pics I took along the way so you can enjoy em if even from the PC instead of in the boat as none of them would have come over the side without your help along the way.

Today's bag's for you bud. No giants but all good quality fish boated today. Had the biggest of the day shake me off right at the boat and give me a wink as she headed back down under. Here's a couple of the ones that made it over the gunnel of the Phoenix.
