I would like to invite everyone to come fish open tournament every sat and select times on the tue (no membership required)
25.00 per boat fish alone or with partner pays 1st,2nd and BF with 5 boat min..
Sat tx are on Badin, Tillery, High Rock, and Tuckertown safe-light till 2pm
tue tx are always at Badin alcola landing 4:30 till 8:30 (summer months only)

were trying to make some changes for the 2011 season for you guys... this year entry fee is 40.00 with bigger pay outs... and this will be the break down made easy so no second guessing who gets what money.... we need 5 or more boats to use this format... 1st place gets 15.00 for every boat entered 2nd place10.00/per boat 3rd place 5.00/per boat big fish 5.00/per boat........5.00 per boat goes to expense** so in other words with 20 boat field $800.00 pot 1st-$300..... 2nd-$200....3rd-$100... and big fish-$100..... also leaving 100 for expenses** ... we hope this will help everyone out and make for bigger payouts !!! rumor has it were putting together a bounty fish !!! since everyone wants my job as bounty hunter, heres your chance !!! were working with sponsor who is going to pay out extra $100 if big fish is ...(unknown weight) still a working progress will keep you updated... saturday series starts march 5 at tillery swift island (24-27) 8am-3pm ... tuesady series starts march 15 all events are on Badin at alcola 430pm-830pm... will be posting full list of dates soon!!!

this sounds great but is it fair for 1 fisherman to pay $40 i won't have any co anglers. not trying to cause problems i'm just asking. i would like to fish these tours but i'm on a tight budget for fishing i definately can't afford those big $80 tours. thanks for your time.

@Allen i believe the entry fee is per boat not fisherman. im good friends with the russells and they put on a great fishing tournament series for the season. they are great people and treat all with respect. i help run some of the tournaments we have come to the result that the new format will benefit all that is competing in each event.

UPDATE !!!! we have locked in a bounty on our tuesday tournaments starting march 15-nov 1st.... all will be at badin alcoa landing from 4:30 till 8:30... the BOUNTY fish is 6.5 lbs paying $50.00 !!! also on our tue AND sat tournaments were doing a second chance to win money.... if you do NOT finish in the money, when you sign up your given a number if you stay till after weigh-in we will put those numbers in a hat for a drawing for $20.00.... trying to help everyone out a little, so even if you have a bad day on the water you might win some $$$$ anyway !!!! hope everyone will come join us..... our sat series starts march 5th on tillery swift island ramp from 8am- 3 pm ...... and steve and skooter look forward to having you guys join us again this year and thanks for supporting us !!!!
