mercury 2.5l 200 efi xri loss of full power

engine serial # 06167160

motor will not produce full power. barely makes it on plane. 40 mph while on plane( used to get almost 60mph). Bogs down on holeshot but sounds fine on plane. compression 100 on 5 cylinders 95 on the 6th. fuel pressure 40 psi throughout rpm range on muffs. verified spark going to sparkplugs on all 6. Spark plugs look fine changed 3( all I could get ahold of) all plugs changed within the year. recently replaced fuel line from primer bulb to engine due to crack in hose at engine, ran fine after. Would like to find a way to check tps and timing but cant find anything on the net. At this point am I better off taking it to my local marine shop for a professional troubleshoot?
