Are there any winter tourneys going on...

My dad's buying a house around Falls, Harris,Jordan area. Just a few minutes from the lakes. Just wondering if there's anything going on there this time of year. Even if it's only small pick-up t's. I live up north and I'll be spending most of the winter at dad's. And at the same time I'll be looking for my place. Thanks for any info. Like I said, they don't have to be big t's ,just something to meet some of the guys.

there are a few winter trails on our lakes I usually fish almost every weekend 12 months of the year very few times have the ponds and never seen the larger lakes froze over in thes part of the south.
some of the BBC locals are getting together at Highrock this Saturday for some fun.
Norman has a Saturday /Sunday trail every week of the Winter! "fishing with DJ" has tv feature each thursday of the tournaments. We only get cold when we are riding around the lake in the mornings...lol

Thanks alot! I just watched the show, but what's up with those weights? 10+ lbs.? That's terrible. Is the fishin' tough down there? the ponds around here are starting to freeze-up. But if you know where to go there's still some open water.

I hear ya. I thought the fishin was really tough this year. If it wasn't for the increadible fishin on Champlain I would've had the worst year ever. The fishin was so tough around me I made the 4 hour run there every other week!

The smallie fishin is great, but I love the big heads! They schoolup like the smallies but they are in the jungle! Flippin and froggin! I love fishin Ti. Or I'll go all the way up north. You must've had a blast! 1 of the best lakes in the country!
