The wind cooperated with us after by late morning, and allowed us to finally get out off shore into Lake Ontario to fish around the islands. Definitely one of our best days out there for numbers, and we still caught a few quality size smallies while we were at it. By early afternoon, we found a good shallow water bite in an area that gave us hope for the upcoming final two days of this trip, as the forecast was calling for calm days to end our week. Enjoy!
